PURCHASE CONTRACT <br /> 6 . 0 THIS AGREEMENT, made this 30th day of <br /> October 1995, between the City of Decatur, Illinois <br /> , <br /> a public corporation, and Wiley Office Equipment, Inc. <br /> hereinafter called the "Seller" . � <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Decatur, Illinois has determined a <br /> need for office furniture for use by the Decatur Public <br /> Transit System; <br /> WHEREAS, the Seller has the capability to supply same; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises <br /> and agreeme�ts hereinafter set forth, the parties agree <br /> as follows : <br /> 6 . 1 OBLIGATIONS: <br /> Seller agrees to sell, and deliver, to the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois and the City of Decatur, Illinois <br /> agrees to purchase; the office furniture specified <br /> pursuant to the Contract Documents which are attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof in Eight (8) Sections . <br /> The seller also agrees to install said equipment and to <br /> comply with all terms and conditions prescribed for <br /> third party contracts in the financial assistance <br /> contracts between the U. S. Department of Transportation <br /> and the State of Illinois Department of Transportation <br /> and the City of Decatur, Illinois . <br />
