Perry, Purchasing Supervisor� <br /> SUBJECT: CARPET BIDS <br /> Attached you will find a bid summary for carpet for the Community Development Remodeling <br /> project. The bid includes removal of old carpet, service preparation, and installarion and delivery <br /> of new caipet as well as providing the new carpet. <br /> Consistent with a prior City Council directive, the carpet for the remodeling project was bid <br /> independently from the rest of the project. The Community Development Director had early <br /> estimates ranging between$20,000 - $25,000. <br /> It is the sta� recommendarion to accept the low bid of Tile Specialists to furnish carpet and <br /> installation for the Community Development remodeling project for$22,400. <br /> cc: Beth Couter <br />
