The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, operation and use of the water service authorized hereby, are ex- pressly made subject to all applicable provisions of codes, or- dinances, rules and regulations of City, and Owner agrees to comply therewith. 2 . After completion of the construction of a water main by the City in the street or roadway adjacent to the premises described herein, and upon obtaining a tapping permit in the cus- tomary manner followed by the City for premises within its cor- porate limits, Owner may tap said water main of City and connect a water service thereto to furnish residential service only to said premises. 3 . Said tap, connection and service shall be made and in- stalled by a licensed plumber. 4 . The water furnished by City shall only be used for domes- tic purposes and only upon the premises described here.in. 5 . At such time as said premises become contiguous to the corporate limits of City, the then owner of said premises shall, within ninety (90) days after receiving notice from City thereof, petition to annex the same to the City. � 6. This Agreement shall terminate upon the failure by Owner to comply with any provision hereof or with any applicable provi- sion of City Code, ordinances, rules or regulations, or upon the annexation of said premises to the City, and may be terminated by either party upon six (6) months notice by certified mail to the C lty, o r t o 2617 East Mound Road, Decatur, Illinois 62526 , if to the Owner.
