These individual jobs and their <br /> requirements are listed below. <br /> I. Window Replacement <br /> a� Remove fourteen existing wood windows and depose of a11 material. <br /> � Install new single hung, aluminum, thermal pane replacement windows <br /> Units will be Beige in color. Sizes listed below: <br /> 4 42" x 65" x 84" Quarter Arch Tops <br /> 2 42" x 88" Arch Tops <br /> 1 40" x 88" Standard <br /> 6 39" x 94" Standard <br /> 1 33" x 58" Standard <br /> II. Cornice Update <br /> a� Prep existing metal for paint. <br /> (No ezisting paint needs to be removed) <br /> � Repair or replace any loose millwork. <br /> � Replace missing ornamental detail piece on south end. <br /> d� Paint cream in color. <br /> � Highlight raised ornamental details by painting Forest Green in color. <br />
