Umbrella over above Items a, b and c $1,000,000 The Comprehensive General Liability policy shall include blanket contractual liability coverage or a contractual liability endorsement covering the liability assumed by the ENGINEER under this AGREEMENT, with limits not less than those specified herein. Certificates furnished hereunder shall reflect such coverage. Insurance shall be written by a company or companies satisfactory to the CITY. Before commencing any work hereunder, a certificate evidencing that maintenance of said insurance shall be furnished to the CTTY, and shall contain the following statement: "Insurance evidenced by this certificate will not be canceled or altered unless 30 days written notice is given to the certificate holder and the additional insured." Policies for Items b, c and e above must name the CITY as an additional insured during the life of this AGREEMENT. Any subcontractor of the ENGINEER shall be required to procure and maintain insurance the same as required of the ENGINEER for Items a, b, c and e above and to comply with the provisions hereof, including naming the CITY as an additional insured for Items b, c and e and the furnishing of Certificates of Insurance to the CITY. ENGINEER agrees that the Comprehensive General Liability, both Bodily Injury and Property Damage, and the Architects and Engineers Professional Liability Insurance coverage for this project shall remain in full force and effect for one year after the completion of this Contract. In the event that either PARTY engages the services of any attorney for any action brought under the AGREEMENT, or for its endorsement, or in defending any action brought by either PARTY, the PARTY against whom a decision is rendered shall, in addition to the Judgment, be required to pay for all court costs and reasonable attorney fees arising out of such action.
