' � , � ' Lots Four (4) and Five (5) in Block One (1) of Central Addition to the Town, now City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book N, Page 304 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, except the East 60 feet of the South 35 feet of said Lot Five (5) , and except also the South 7 inches of the west 30 feet of the east 90 feet of said Lot Five (5) , also known as 227 North Water Street, Decatur, Illinois said premises now being under lease to Osco Drugs; and WHEREAS, the Trustees of "Trust A" under the terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of Alfred Tick, deceased, are the owners of the following described premises, situated in Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, to-wit: Lot One (1) and part of Lot Two (2) in Block One (1) of Central Addition to the Town of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book "N" , page 304 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the north east corner of said Lot l; thence south 45 .42 feet to a point in the center of a party wall 4.487 feet south of the south east corner of said Lot 1; thence westerly along the center of said party wall 152 feet to the west line of Lot 2 to a point 4.71 feet south of the south west corner of said Lot 1; thence north 45 .97 feet to the north west corner of said Lot 1; thence East 152 feet to the place of beginning, also known as 259-261 North Water Street, Decatur, Illinois and; WHEREAS, Community Investment Corporation of Decatur, Inc. , a corporation, desires to obtain an option to purchase the above described real estate. NOW THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of tbe mutual terms and covenants herein contained, the parties agree as follow: 1 .
