RESOLUTION No. R �S -' �y � <br /> RESOLIITION CERTIFYING FINANCIAL RSSPONSIBILITY <br /> FOR UNDSRGROUND STORAGS TANRS; AND <br /> APPROVING LOCAL GOVERNMENT GIIARANTEE FOR CIVIC CENTER <br /> FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Certification of Financial <br /> Responsibility for the City of Decatur for underground storage <br /> tanks presented to the City Council herewith be, and the same is <br /> hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the Local Government Guarantee Without <br /> Standby Trust for the Decatur Civic Center presented to the City <br /> Council herewith be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 3 .
