MERCHANT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for the City of Decatur's Community <br /> Development Block Grant Project-John and Elizabeth Ballog, 139 N. Merchant and presented <br /> herewith, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the base bid of J.J. Swartz Company in the amount of$321,015.00 for <br /> rehabilitation of the Denz Building, 139 N. Merchant, Decatur,Illinois be, and it is hereby <br /> approved. <br /> Section 3. That John and Elizabeth Ballog are hereby authorized to execute a contract <br /> with J.J.
