RESOLUTION NO. �� �� 3 ( <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER <br /> 24TH AND ELDORADO STREET TRAFFIC SIGNALS <br /> CITY PROJECT TS-9518 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCII, OF TI� CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement between Rathje Enterprises, d/b/a Bodine Electric, and the <br /> City of Decatur heretofore approved by Resolution R95-90, and the same is hereby modified by <br /> authorizing the removal of the traffic signals at 23rd and Eldorado Streets and installation of <br /> traffic signals at 24th and Eldorado Streets at an additional cost of $37,376.37, for a total <br /> contract cost of$111,306.08. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager and the Director of Public Works be, and they are <br /> hereby, authorized to execute such Change Orders as are necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> Section 3. That the changes in the above-described agreements are germane to said <br /> agreements, as signed, and such changes are in the best interest of the City of Decatur and are <br /> authorized by law. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 1995. <br /> TE M.
