That the contract, change order, and additional funds for the City of Decatur's <br /> Community Block Grant Project-Facade Grant Program, 116 East Prairie Street, Beasley <br /> Property, and presented herewith,be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the contract with J.J. Swartz Company, $17,937.00, 116 E. Prairie Street, <br /> Decatur, Illinois,be, and it it hereby approved. <br /> Section 3. Edwazd Beasley, Beasley Properties, is hereby authorized to execute a <br /> contract with J.J. Swartz Comany for said project as per contract submitted herewith. <br /> Section 4. That additional funds, in the amount of$5,844.80, aze hereby approved for the <br /> project at 116 East Prairie Street, Decatur,Illinois. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 1995 <br /> .
