Prepare the legal descriptions for all parcels for the use by the City in preparing the Right of Way Documents and deeds. 4. All work shall be done in accordance ��ith the requirements of the State of Illinois and as per the recognized professional standards. 5. H11 work will be done a�� the direction of a Registered Professional Land Surveyor. F. To complete all items of work outlined in Sections A-C above within �wo weeks of the Notice to Proceed. G. To complete all items of work outlined in Section E within two weeks of �he receipt of the City of Decatur's Street alignment. H. To complete all items of work outlined in Section D fvithin 3 weeks of notification by the City of Decatur to do so. I. Basis of Payment: 1 . To complete all work detailed herein at a fee noi to exceed $22,5UO.OU. 2. To invoice the City of Decatur on a time and expense basis to be com- puted at the technical payroll cost to PWC times a multiplier of 1 .92. Technical payroll is defined as the direct productive salary cost for time directly chargeable to the project plus fringe benefits and payroll burden. Reimbursement of expenses and costs incurred include stakes, lath, concrete monuments, blue-prints, supplies and transportation.
