20. That he will maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records, and other <br /> evidence pertaining to cost incurred and will make such materials available at their <br /> respective offices at all reasonable times during the AGREEMENT period and for <br /> three years from the date of final payment under this AGREEMENT, for <br /> inspection by the CITY, and copies thereof sha11 be furnished if requested. <br /> 21. During the performance of work under this AGREEMENT the ENGINEER, for <br /> himself, his assignees and successors in interest agrees to conform to the <br /> requirements of"Exhibit A -Equal Employment Opportunity" attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. The words "CONTRACT" and "CONTRACTOR," in the <br /> exhibit shall be interpreted to mean "AGREEMENT" and ENGINEER" <br /> respectively. <br /> 22. To complete all work detailed�herein at a fee not to exceed ($22,500.) Twenty <br /> Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars. <br /> 23. To invoice the City of Decatur on a time and expense basis to be computed at the <br /> technical payroll cost to PWC times a multiplier of 1.92. Technical payroll is <br /> defined as the direct productive salary cost for time directly chargeable to the <br /> project plus fringe benefits and payroll burden. Reimbursement of expenses and <br /> costs incurred include stakes, lath, concrete monuments, blue-prints, supplies and <br /> transportation. <br /> THE CITY AGREES, <br /> 1. To furnish the ENGINEER with presently available survey data and information, <br /> including Standard Specifications adopted by the CITY and other available data <br /> useful to the work to be done by the ENGINEER. <br /> 2. To obtain permission to access properties to be surveyed if requested by the <br /> ENGINEER. <br /> 3. To pay the ENGINEER for services rendered on a time and material basis as <br /> computed and billed in accordance with Section 17 under TI� ENGINEER <br /> AGREES. <br /> "Technical payroll cost" is defined as salary cost plus (but not limited to) <br /> insurance, social security, vacation allowance, and retirement costs. <br /> 4. That payment to the ENGINEER for services rendered in accordance with <br /> Sections 1, 4 and/or 13 (Termination) under THE ENGINEER AGREES will be <br /> made monthly by partial payments based upon costs submitted by the ENGINEER <br /> and approved by the City. <br />
