The City accepted your proposal. As you know, the e�rtension of the <br /> agreement will raise the price to $18.48 per dry ton removed and the minimum tonnage will remain at <br /> 8,000 dry tons. All other provisions of the agreement will remain the same. The extended agreement will <br /> expire December 31, 1995. <br /> Please countersign this letter in the space provided below and return it to the City Clerk for our files. <br /> The City appreciates your cooperation in extending this agreement.
