Contemporary <br /> Properties is requesting Council concurrence on the award. The <br /> low bid is Romano and Company, in the amount of $23, 889 .00 . <br /> Additional grant funds were recommended and discussed at Study <br /> Session on June 26, 1995 . <br /> Attachment. <br />
