That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 9506, Base Failure <br /> Repairs, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Dunn Company, be accepted and a contract awarded, <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed <br /> to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Dunn Company, for said plan for <br /> their bid price of$63,417.50. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1995. <br /> Terry M.
