I � — / 3 ' <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WATER SERVICE AGREEMENTS <br /> 1707 NORTH SUNNYSIDE ROAD, 2705 SOUTHI,AND <br /> ROAD AND 2715 SOUTHI,AND ROAD <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCII, OF TI� CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the agreements for water service outside of the corporate limits <br /> presented to the Council herewith, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the owners of <br /> premises commonly known as 1707 North Sunnyside Road, 2705 Southland Road and 2715 <br /> Southland Road, be, and the same hereby are, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said agreements on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1995. <br /> TE Y M.
