R �� - d �S <br /> RESOLUTION ASCERTAINING PREVAILING <br /> RATE OF WAGES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF <br /> PUBLIC WORKS BY CONTRACT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the general prevailing rate of wages in <br /> this locality for work in the construction of public works by <br /> contract be, and the same is hereby, ascertained to be as set out <br /> in Exhibit A hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to cause this Resolution along with said <br /> Exhibit to be on file and available for public inspection at the <br /> office of said Clerk, and to cause a duly certified copy thereof <br /> to be f i led in the of f ice of the Secretary of State. <br /> Section 3 . That the notice, a copy of which is hereto <br /> attached, be, and the same is hereby, approved and said Clerk be, <br /> and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the same to <br /> be published once in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br /> locality. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 19th day o e, 1995. <br /> TERR .
