R / S " �P 3 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GRANT OF FUNDS <br /> - BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF DECATUR INC. - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> , <br /> II,LINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the request of the Boys and Girls Club of Decatur, Inc. for a grant of <br /> $25,000 for the operation of its Phoenix Park Summer Program, as described on E�ibit A <br /> attached hereto, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause <br /> said grant to be funded by the City's General Fund, and the City Manager is further directed to <br /> prepare and execute such documents, and institute such procedures, as to said officer seem <br /> appropriate in order to best effect the provisions hereof. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1995. <br /> TE Y M.
