R ` � -� � <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENTS <br /> FISCAL YEAR 1995-96 COMMU1vITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Subrecipient Agreements for the Fiscal Year 1995-96 Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the following <br /> subrecipients: Decatur Park District, DMCOC/Project C, Soyland Access to Independent Living <br /> (SAIL), Baby TALK, YWCA, DMCOC/Project A, DMCOC/Project E, Homework Hangout, <br /> Youth Empowerment, Neighborhood Housing Development Corp. (NHDC) and <br /> DMCOC/Project D be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Subrecipient Agreements for the Fiscal Year 1995-96 Youth I <br /> Employment Program, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the following subrecipients: <br /> Decatur Housing Authority, Downtown Decatur Council, Neighborhood Housing Development <br /> Corp. (NHDC), and Homework Hangout be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor, Director of Community Development, and City Clerk be, and <br /> they are hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest said Agreements on behalf of the <br /> City. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED THIS 15th day of May, 1995. <br /> TE M.
