�r , y <br /> s <br /> SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered this 15th day of May, 1995 by and be- <br /> tween the City of Decatur, Illinois (herein called the "City��) <br /> and Decatur Macon County Opportunities Corporation (herein called <br /> the "Subrecipient") . <br /> WHEREAS, the Grantee has applied for and received funds from the <br /> United States Government under Title I of the Housing and Com- <br /> munity Development Act of 1974, Public Law 93-383 ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City wishes to engage the Subrecipient to assist the <br /> City in utilizing such funds; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed between the parties hereto that; <br /> 1. SCOPE OF SERVICE <br /> A. Activities � <br /> The Subrecipient will be responsible for administering fis- <br /> cal year 95-96 CDBG funds for energy conservation services under <br /> a Weatherization program for low income homeowners in a manner <br /> satisfactory to the City and consistent with any standards re- <br /> quired as a condition of providing these funds . Such program <br /> will ir,clude the following activities eligible uader the Com- <br /> muaity Development Block Graat Program: <br /> Program Delivery <br /> Activity : Whole House Energy Audits to low income I', <br /> homeowners . <br /> General Admiaistratioa <br /> N/A <br /> B. Levels of Accomplishment <br /> In addition to the normal administrative services required <br /> as part of this Agreement, the Subrecipient agrees to provide the <br /> following levels of program services : <br /> Activitv nits per Month Total Units <br /> N/A <br /> C.
