This is the rirst step to apply for an Illinois Environmental Protection Agancy <br /> loan needed to complete thi5 project. <br /> Enclosed is the Hickory Point West Sanitary Sewer Project Cost Estimate,and a map inclicating <br /> the probable alib�runent of the subject sewer project,ultunate service area�Facility Plan Am�ndment;and <br /> the Archaeological Reconnaissance Survey area. <br /> The concept is for the Sanitary District of Decatur to upgrade the Hickory-Point pumping station <br /> �nd constnict the Phase I Se«rer at ai�aatunated cost of$655,200.00. Tfie�ity�f Decahu wa1�1d constnict <br /> Pha�e II of the subject project at an estunated cost of�175,804.4Q. It is anticipated that both project: <br /> would be eligible for the IEPA loan program. <br /> The Sanitary District of Decatur and the City of Decatur agree to a SOi 50 cost sharing for the <br /> preparation of the Facility Pldn Amendment(total cost of appro?�imately$25,0OO.OQ 1 and the perfonnance <br /> ofthe Archaeological Reconnaissance Suney(total cost of appro�irr►ately$3,000.00}.
