That the Aqreements presented to the Council <br /> herewith between Neighborhood Housing Development Corporation and <br /> the City of Decatur, providing for low-moderate income housing <br /> development be, and are hereby, received, placed on file and ap- <br /> proved. <br /> Section 2 .
