.,y , <br /> MORTGAGE <br /> Mail Tag Statement To: � <br /> This space for use of Recorder <br /> TI�MORTGAGOR <br /> of the City of Decatur, County of Macon and State of Illinois <br /> MORTGAGE and WARRANT to CITY OF DECATUR,a municipal corporation <br /> of the City of Decatur, County of Macon and State of Illinois, <br />, the following described real estate, situated in the County of Macon and State of Illinois,with the <br /> improvements thereon and which may hereafter be placed thereon, including all heating, gas, electric and <br /> plumbing apparatus and everything appurtenant thereto, and including all rents, issues and profits of said <br />� premises which are hereby assigned to the mortgagee, to wit: <br /> to secure the payment of note(s)dated executed by said mortgagors <br /> in the principal sum of Dollars <br /> payable to the order of <br /> with interest at the rate of percent per annum, payable annually hereafter, both the <br /> principal and interest payable at in lawful money of <br /> the United States of America, and due in ten years after date. <br /> THE MORTGAGOR COVENANT and AGREE to pay principal and interest of said <br /> mortgage or any installments thereof promptly when due, and to pay all taxes, special assessments and <br /> special taxes levied or assessed against the property or any part thereof and to deliver the official receipts <br /> therefor to the mortgagee upon demand, to keep the improvements on said premises insured against I <br /> damage by fire, windstorm and such other hazards as the mortgagee may require to be insured against for I <br /> the full insurable value in such companies and in such form as shall be satisfactory to the mortgagee, and <br /> deposit the insurance policies with the mortgagee; that the mortgagor(s)will not commit waste on said �i <br /> premises and will maintain improvements in good condition and repair and will do no act that will allow a <br /> mechanic's lien to come against said premises. <br />
