SR.A 95-163 / Page 2 4 . RIGHTS IN DATA. All original data and records of this work shall be the property of the University. 5 . PUBLICATION. University shall have the right to publish or otherwise disclose the results of this work. Sponsor shall not use the name of the University (except in an acknowledgement of sponsorship of this Agreement) in publications, advertising, or for any other commercial purpose, without the prior written approval of the University. 6 . FINAL REPORT. Within ninety (90) days following termination of this Agreement, University will furnish to Sponsor a final technical report summarizing the work performed and the results thereof. 7 . INVENTION RIGHTS. Any inventions or discoveries resulting from the work provided for hereunder shall belong to the University and shall be disposed of in accordance with the University' s approved policies and procedures. 8 . RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES. The University shall have sole control over the work performed under this Agreement. The University' s relationship to the Sponsor under this Agreement shall be that of independent contractor and not as an agent, joint venturer, or partner of Sponsor. 9 . COST OF RESEARCH. The Sponsor agrees to pay the University the sum of $34, 991 for the performance of this work. Payments are to be made in accordance with the following schedule: Upon execution $34, 991 (100�) (Exhibit B attached and incorporated) Payments shall be by check payable to the University of Illinois, and mailed to: University of Illinois c/o Grants and Contracts Office 162 Administration Building 506 South Wright Street Urbana, Illinois 61801 The University shall endeavor to perform the research investigation within the funding provided by the Sponsor, however, the University is not obligated to expend any other funds on this work, and the Sponsor is not obligated to pay the University in excess of the stated amount.
