The contributions which the parties are <br /> required to make are specifically subject to and contingent upon <br /> the bond required of the EMPLOYEE which is more specifically set <br /> forth in the Resolution which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> SECTION TWELVE . Other Business Expense. The CITY shall <br /> reimburse the EMPLOYEE for all other reasonable employment-related <br /> expenses, subject to administrative policies concerning each, as <br /> currently existing or as amended, such expenses including, but not <br /> limited to, the following: air travel; taxi and auto rental; <br /> lodging; meals, memberships, and subscriptions to the publications <br /> of the International City Management Association and the Illinois <br /> City Management Association; registration fees for training <br /> programs offered by such organizations; and travel and incidental <br /> costs relating to attendance at such programs or the conferences <br /> and meetings of such organizations. It is specifically understood <br /> that such activities are to be undertaken by the EMPLOYEE, at his <br /> option, but at the request of the CITY, and shall be considered as I <br /> part of the EMPLOYEE's duties. The EMPLOYEE shall be reimbursed '� <br /> for such other reasonable expenses as the CITY shall approve by II <br /> motion passed by its City Council. <br /> SECTION THIRTEEN . Group Medical Insurance Benefits. The <br /> CITY shall, subject to the limitations provided for herein, provide <br /> the EMPLOYEE with group life insurance, and EMPLOYEE and dependent <br /> health, hospitalization, and dental coverage in accordance with <br /> -5- <br />
