R S— <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING MODIFICATION OF RATES <br /> -REFUSE HAULERS -. <br /> WHEREAS, requests were filed with the City Clerk for modification of rates which may <br /> be charged by licensed refuse haulers, pursuant to section 42 of Chapter 56 of the City Code; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager conducted a public hearing regarding such requests and <br /> filed his recommendation regarding same with the City Clerk, as required by said Code, a copy of <br /> which recommendation is attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommended maximum monthly rates for licensed refuse haulers in <br /> the City of Decatur, as recommended by the City Manager and shown on Exhibit A hereto, be, <br /> and the same are hereby, approved, effective July 1, 1995. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April, 1995. <br /> .� , � <br /> �� �' <br /> ERIK C.
