R��— <br /> RE L TI N AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> SO U O <br /> DECATUR AREA CONVENTION AND VISITORS BUREAU <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY TI�COUNCIL OF TI�CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and the Decatur Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, for the providing of certain funds <br /> to said Bureau be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign and seal said Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 3.
