Should a Party disagree with the Project Manager's <br /> decision to disregard a comment, the Parties and the Project Manager shall confer and <br /> resolve the disagreement. The Work Plan for, or those sections of the Work Plan <br /> concerning the RI and the FS, shall be subm.itted by the Parties to IEPA if required or <br /> appropriate under the program referred to in Section 4.1 of this Agreement. <br /> 4.8 Sche�ule and Buc�get. Each Work Plan shall include a schedule (the <br /> "Schedule") and a budget (the "Budget") setting forth the projected time and costs required <br /> to perform the Work. To the extent it is not reasonably <br /> possible to separately meter utilities utilized in perfarmanc� of the Work, the utilities that <br /> cannot be separately metered shall be allocated and billed by the Parties to the Project <br /> Manager and shall be included in invoices of the Project Manager. <br /> 4.10 Access for The Project Mana;er.
