� , <br /> � • <br /> _ With the exception of the "Errors and Omissions" and Workers' Compensation General <br /> Liability coverage, these insurance golicies shaIl be endorsed to name each of the Parties <br /> as additional insureds and shall contain the following or a similaz waiver of subrogation <br /> provision: "This Insurer he:eby irrevocably waives any and all rights of subrogation to pursue <br /> any cla.i.ms or causes of action against Zexel, Mueiier, Borg-Warner, and the City of Decatur <br /> which may arise as a resuit of any payments under this policy." To the extent not covered <br /> by the Project Manager's insurance, each consultant, contractor, and vendor used by the <br /> Project Manager shall deiiver, or cause to be executed and delivere�, to each Party <br /> c�rtificates of insurance issued by the underwriters providing such insurance, or an <br /> authorized representative of such underwriters, certifying that the types and amounts of <br /> insuranc� spe�ified above are in effert, insuring the Parties named above as additional <br /> insure�s and providing that the underwriter will not canc�l or reducr said insurancr without <br /> givin� the Parties named above as add.itional insureds at least fourte�n (14) days written <br /> notica of such cancellation or reduction. If anv of the insurancr descnbed or referred to in <br /> this Article 5 is underwrit�en on a "ciai.ms made"basis rather than an "oc�urrence"basis, the <br /> Project Manager shall continue sucn insuranc� in full forc� and effect for a period of not <br /> less than three (3) years following the date of completion of the Work. <br /> AR'i'ICLE 6: '�iANAGEME�J'T <br /> 6.1 Decisions• Except as spec:fically required by law or as otherwise provided <br /> in this AQreement, no action shall be taken, sum expended, decision made or obligation <br />� 12 <br />
