That the bid received for the City of Decatur's Community Development Block <br /> Grant Project -Facade Grant Program, 135 East Prairie Street, James and Emmy Williams, and <br /> presented herewith, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of JohnCo Construction, Inc., $23,500.00, 135 East Prairie Street, <br /> Decatur, Illinois, be, and it is hereby approved. <br /> Section 3.
