Y ' <br /> 5 . Capitol shall pay for all repairs (including <br /> parts and labor) to the equipment covered by the <br /> manufacturer' s warranty, and those costs shall not be <br /> included in the total cost of repairs . <br /> 6 . The City will assume, at it ' s expense, all cost <br /> to repair or replace all parts and components normally <br /> consumed in day-to-day operations such as : tires, tubes, <br /> tire repairs, lubricating oil, filters of all types, grease, <br /> fuel, anti-freeze, cutting edges, batteries, headlights, <br /> glass breakage, wire rope, belts, brake linings, cleaning <br /> and painting. <br /> 7 . Capitol shall have a parts availability policy <br />, to supply the City with new parts within 48 hours (excluding <br /> Saturday, Sunday and holidays) or will furnish the parts <br /> upon request at no cost . Parts covered in this guarantee <br /> are those new parts required for normal repairs and <br /> maintenance necessary to keep the machine operating in a <br /> day-to-day operation. <br /> 8 . The City will maintain equipment in accordance <br /> with normal published manufacturer' s recommendations . <br /> 9 . Capitol has the right to inspect equipment <br /> during normal working hours at the City and make <br /> recommendations for repairs, improved maintenance, etc . , in <br /> keeping with the requirements stated by the manufacturer in <br /> the shop manual for the maintenance and repair of the piece <br /> of equipment . <br />
