R � �"a �I <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL CONVEYANCE <br /> OF HOMESTEAD PROPERTIES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCII,OF TI�CITY OF DECATUR, II.LINOIS: <br /> SECTION 1. That the properties commonly known as 2532 E. Wood; 1135 East <br /> Mueller; and, 1029 North Summit conveyed to the persons who contracted for the purchase of <br /> same from the City of Decatur through the City's Homestead Program, the Council finding that <br /> the provisions of said contracts have been substantially complied with by said parties, <br /> SECTION 2. That the City Manager and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized <br /> and directed to sign, seal and attest said Quit Claim Deeds on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1995 <br /> � � <br /> �/ <br /> C/ <br /> ERIK C.
