� u t <br /> RESOLIITION NO. � S � � � <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN <br /> ENGINEERING AGREEMENT FOR INSPECTION SERVICES <br /> FOR THE DECATUR MASS TRANSIT FACILITY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the proposal of Blank, Wesselink, Cook & As- <br /> sociates be accepted and a contract be awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 2 .
