That the agreements for water service outside of the <br /> corporate limits presented to the Council herewith, between the I� <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, and the owners of premises commonly <br /> known as 2210 and 2222 South Shores Drive, be and the same hereby <br /> are, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 .
