. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. R ��— � I <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING LICENSE <br /> TO OPERATE TAXICABS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the findings and recommendations of the City Manager from the public <br /> hearing on February 8, 1995, held by him, after more than five days notice thereof, upon the <br /> application of Pride Midwest Services, Inc. d/b/a Decatur Yellow Checker Cab, for a license to <br /> operate taxicabs in the City be, and the same are hereby, received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That upon payment of the proper fee, a license to operate taxicabs in the City <br /> be, and the same is hereby granted to said Pride Midwest Services, Inc., subject to the <br /> requirements and conditions set forth in Chapter 60 of the City Code. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 1995. <br /> �� / � <br /> � <br /> Erik C.
