That approval of the funding of amended Downtown <br /> Rental Rehabilitation Program in the amount of $230, 000 from Com- <br /> munity Development Block Grant funds is hereby granted. <br /> Section 2 . That thereby, and there is hereby, delegated to <br /> James C. Bacon, Jr. , City Manager and George C.
