R .5— I <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> SUBORDINATION OF SURFACE RIGHTS FOR <br /> PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES <br /> -ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COLTNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Subordination of Surface Rights for Public Road Purposes presented <br /> to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and the Illinois Department of <br /> Transportation be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
