That the Agreement, a copy of which is hereto <br /> attached, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Irene Huff, <br /> Henry Bachrach, Laurie Dietz, Helen McCarthy, Barbara Grier, and <br /> Gloria Rosenstein, owners of real estate located at 147-151 E. <br /> Prairie Street for the restoration work as set forth in said <br /> agreement, using funds made available by the Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 .
