PURCHASE CONTRACT <br /> 6 . 0 THIS AGREEMENT, made this 18th day of <br /> october , 1994, between the City of Decatur, Illinois <br /> a public corporation, and Northtown Ford, znc. <br /> hereinafter called the "Seller" . <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Decatur, Illinois has determined a <br /> need for two (2) automobiles for use by the Decatur <br /> Public Transit System; <br /> WHEREAS, the Seller has the capability to supply same; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises <br />� and agreements hereinafter set forth, the parties agree <br /> as follows : <br /> 6 . 1 OBLIGATIONS : <br /> Seller agrees to sell, and deliver to the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois and the City of Decatur, Illinois <br /> agrees to purchase; two (2) automobiles pursuant to the <br /> Contract Documents which are attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof in Eight (8) Sections . The seller also <br /> agrees to comply with all terms and conditions <br /> prescribed for third party contracts in the financial <br /> assistance contracts between the U. S . Department of <br /> Transportation and the State of Illinois Department of <br /> Transportation and the City of Decatur, Illinois . <br />
