CITY COUNCII�MINUTES <br /> MONDAY,NOVEMBER 14, 1994 <br /> The City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, met in Closed, Executive Session in the <br /> City Council Conference Room. Mayor Erik C. Brechnitz presided; together with him being <br /> Councilmen William Mitchell, Kent N. Mittelberg, Shirley M. Moore, William F. Oliver and <br /> Randolph L. Van Alstine. Councilman Stephen F. 7ohn was absent. Six members were present <br /> and one was absent. Mayor Brechnitz declared a quorum present. <br /> The only item of business was a discussion relative to employment of the City Manager. <br /> No formal action was taken. <br /> Councilman IvI'ittelberg moved the meeting be reopened to the public; seconded by <br /> Councilman Moore, and on ca11 of the roll, Councilmen Mitchell, Ivi'ittelberg, Moore, Oliver, Van <br /> Alstine and Mayor Brechnitz voted aye. The Mayor declared the motion carried. <br /> The meeting was reopened to the public and adjourned at 8:30 P.M. <br /> � <br /> Phyllis E, nds, City Clerk <br />
