RESOLUTION NO. l`� l 5 � � � <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WATER SERVICE AGREEMENTS <br /> -NORTH SUNNYSIDE ROAD, CATHERINE STREET AND WEST CENTER STREET - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreements for water service outside of the corporate limits presented <br /> to the Council herewith, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the owners of premises <br /> commonly known as North Sunnyside Road, Catherine Street and West Center Street, be and the <br /> same hereby axe, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
