RESOLUTION N0. �� �-I �' � � r" <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID <br /> - PRAIRIELAND TOWING, INC. - <br /> CITY PROJECT 9394-32 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the tabulation of the bid received for <br /> Furnishing towing service City Project 9394-32 presented <br /> herewith be received and placed on file . <br /> Section 2 . That the bid of Prairieland Towing, Inc. be <br /> accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly, <br /> effective January 1 , 1995 . <br /> Section 3 . That upon completion of the improvements <br /> required at 2950 E . Locust, as listed in the affidavit <br /> provided by Prairieland Towing, Inc . , as part of its bid and <br /> to be effective on and after January 1 , 1995 , the Purchasing <br /> Supervisor be , and is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur , <br /> Illinois and Prairieland Towing, Inc. for their bid price as <br /> follows : <br /> Category II - $ 15 . 00 per tow <br /> Category III - $ 3 . 00 per day <br /> For a total of $2520 . 00 <br /> Category I - $ 25 . 00 per tow, this amount will be <br /> paid by the individual( s ) receiving the <br /> service . <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED THIS 5th day of December, 1994 . <br /> Erik C.
