Main Street, Lincoln Square Theatre and <br /> a resolution for approval of the same. <br /> The base bid addresses the cleaning and restoration of the three <br /> Lincoln name sections . Painting and restoration of the three <br /> Marquee sections, caulking, receptacle replacement, and letter <br /> light box painting are included. The base bid is $19, 721 . 00 . <br /> Alternate bid two addresses the new fluorescent lighting system <br /> at a cost of $3 , 163 . 00 . The base bid and alternate bid total <br /> $22 , 884 . 00 . The Lincoln Square Theatre has followed federal <br /> regulations in conducting the bidding procedures, and is request- <br /> ing Council concurrence on the award. The bid is C.
