<br /> GRANT OF EASEMENT
<br /> The Grantor, City of Decatur, an Illinois Municipal Corporation of the County of Macon
<br /> and State of Illinois, for and in consideration of the sum of benefits derived, the receipt of
<br /> which is hereby acknowledged, convey(s) and warrant(s) to the Sanitary District of Decatur,
<br /> Decatur, Illinois, its successors and assigns, a right-of-way and permanent easement, for the
<br /> purpose of constructing, reconstructing, maintaining, repairing, operating and protecting a
<br /> sewer and appurtenances; said easement to be as shown on the attached plat, which plat is
<br /> made a part of this Agreement; on under, over and across the following described property, in
<br /> Macon County, Illinois:
