R � �i� � � <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> STATE OF ILLINOIS AND COUNTY OF MACON <br /> BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECT, PHASE II <br /> CITY PROJECT 8920 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur, Macon County and the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation, to complete <br /> Phase II of the Brush College Road Improvement Project from the current terminus at <br /> Brennaman Road to Illinois Route 48, is hereby received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 21 st day of vember, 1994. <br /> ERIK C.
