' �� , <br /> . � � , . <br /> LEASE <br /> THIS LEASE made and entered into by and between The City of Decatur, Illinois a <br /> municipal corporation("City"), and The County of Macon, Illinois, a unit of local government <br /> ("County��). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br />, 1. Premises. The City does hereby demise and lease to County the following described <br /> premises: <br /> Lots One (1), Two (2) and the North Half of <br /> Lot Three (3) Block One (1) of South Addition <br /> as per Plat recorded in Book G Page 553 of <br /> the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois. <br /> 2. Term. The term of this Lease shall commence on December l, 1994, and shall III <br /> terminate on November 30, 1995. City agrees to grant County a six-month extension of this � <br /> Lease to run from December 1, 1995 and to terminate on May 31, 1996 under the sarne terins and <br /> conditions as set out herein for the original lease term. <br /> 3. Rent. County shall pay to the City, as rent for the above-described premises, the sum <br /> of Ten Dollars ($10.00). <br /> 4. ,Compliance with Laws. County agrees to observe and comply with all rules, <br /> regulations, ordinances, statutes and zoning laws now in force or which may be enacted during <br /> the continuation of this Lease by the City or any other Municipal, County, State or Federal <br /> authority and to indemnify the City for any damage caused by violation thereof. <br />
