Any person or arganization to whom y�u are obligated by virtue of a <br /> written or oral contract to provide insurance such as is afforded by this <br /> nolicy; but only with respect to operations for you or to facilities you <br /> awn, rent or use . <br /> The persons or organizations described above are insureds only while acting <br /> within the scoQe ef their duties with respect to a facility or operation <br /> that is not designated in the Scheudle �f Included/Excluded Facilities or <br /> Operations as "excluded" . <br /> This grQvision applies only with respect t3 " insured contracts" : <br /> a. If the injury or damage occurs subsequent to the execution of such <br /> " insured contract" , and b. lahile such " insured cantract" is in force, or <br /> until the end of the "policy period" , whichever is earlier; and c. To any <br /> person or organization not an insured under any endorsements framing a part <br /> of this palicy. <br /> "Insured Contract" means: <br /> a. A lease of premises; b. A sidetrack agreement; c . An easement or <br /> license agreement in connection with vehicle or pedest�ian private railroad <br /> crossing at grade; d. Any other easement agreement; e . An indemnifi- <br /> catien of a municipality as requi�ed by erdinance , except in cannection <br /> with work for a municipality; f.
