R � � � � / � <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL CONVEYANCE <br /> OF HOMESTEAD PROPERTY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> SECTION 1 . That the property commonly known as 1405 East <br /> Hickory conveyed to that person(s) who contracted for the <br /> purchase of same from the City of Decatur through the City' s <br /> Homestead Program, the Council finding that the provisions of <br /> said contract has been substantially complied with by said <br /> parties, <br /> SECTION 2 .
