The Authority shall have the right to approve <br /> the payment for any claim for physical loss or damage to real <br /> and personal property of the Authority included in the Self- <br /> Insurance Program coverages . <br /> ARTICLE IV <br /> TERM, RENEWAL, CHANGES, IMMUNITIES <br /> 4 . 1 Term. The term of this Agreement shall be during the <br /> term of the period ( "policy term" ) stated in Exhibit A hereof. <br /> 4 . 2 Renewal . The terms of this Agreement may be renewed from <br /> year to year after the expiration of the initial term as stated in <br /> paragraph 4 . 1 hereof, provided however, the City shall inform the <br /> Authority of the amount of the renewal premium for the various <br /> coverages as soon as the City is aware of such amount prior to the <br /> expiration of the then current term of participation by the <br /> Authority in the self-insurance program. If the Authority <br /> continues to participate in the self-insurance program, the <br /> renewal premium shall be paid by the Authority to the City prior to <br /> the beginning of the period of renewal which, unless otherwise <br /> changed, shall be May 1 of each year after the initial term of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 4 . 3 Policies, Changes . During the period of any term, <br /> including the initial term as stated in paragraph 4. 1 hereof, that <br /> the Authority participates in the self-insurance program of the <br /> City, the Authority shall be furnished with a copy of all insurance <br /> -8- <br />
