.w <br /> Resolution No. R � — � � <br /> Resolution Authorizing Additional <br /> Expenditure of Community Development <br /> Block Grant Funds <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1 - That approval of the Rehabilitation Grant and <br /> Loan Program in amount of $132, 932 . 00; Acquisition/Rehabilitation <br /> in the National Register District Program in the amount of <br /> $180, 000 . 00, Agency Special Projects in the amount of $25, 000 . 00; <br /> the Spot Demolition Program in the amount of $100, 000 . 00, the <br /> First Time Homebuyer Program in the amount of $50, 000 . 00, the <br /> Emergency Repair Program in the amount of $25, 000 . 00; the Summer <br /> Paint Program in the amount of $20, 000 . 00, in addition to the <br /> sidewalk plan program in the amount of $65, 000 . 00, and funding of <br /> the preparation of the Near North Redevelopment Area Plan is <br /> hereby granted. <br /> Section 2 - That thereby, and there is hereby, delegated to <br /> James C.
